How Hajj travel works from Pakistan
Most pilgrims from Pakistan perform Hajj through the Government Hajj Scheme or with a licensed private Hajj operator. Both usually arrange flights, accommodation and transport as part of the package, and Hajj permits are issued only through these official channels.

- Most pilgrims from Pakistan travel with the Government Hajj Scheme or a licensed private Hajj operator, which usually arranges flights. Book flights yourself only if your scheme or operator allows it.
- Hajj permits and visas are issued only through official channels. Follow the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Saudi announcements for application dates and rules.
- During the Hajj season, entry to Makkah is restricted to Hajj permit holders. Visit and Umrah travellers should check current restrictions before booking flights in this period.
- Flights in the weeks before Hajj and just after Eid al-Adha are in very high demand, so book as soon as your group confirms your dates.
- Plan your return with your group's schedule; many pilgrims also visit Madinah before or after Hajj, so compare flights home from both Jeddah and Madinah.
